Holly was married three times. When she first got married, it was to Danny Quinn. They got became married in the year 1991. They divorced two years later in 1993. In 1994, she was introduced to Jim Carrey during auditions for Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. Although she was not given the job, Jim Carrey and she developed a strong bond when filming Dumb and Dumber. In 1996 they were married. Their marriage was less than a year, and they separated in 2001, she got married Francis Greco, a Canadian-born investment banker.The couple welcomed three sons, their names were Henry, George, and Alexander Holly-Greco. When she was married Greco, in 2008 she acquired Canadian citizenship. The couple divorced in 2014. Holly and her kids live in Oakville, Ontario. Holly, Grant Grant's family and Hobart William Smith Colleges Hobart William Smith Colleges established an A Fund to honour her brother Alexander. Holly stated that Alexander "was an individual who had many hopes, dreams and plans". Alexander was only 14 years old older when he died however, he travelled to Central America and Europe, and lived in New York City, and Los Angeles. His experiences led him to study architecture and archaeology.

Alaina Suddeth was born in Rossville, Georgia, on the 8th of November, 1994. She was married to Kristy Suddeth, and J. J. Suddeth. The father of Alaina, an engineer from Tennessee started singing when she was 3. in a choir for children and also at an annual retreat that featured karaoke, Alaina sang her first shows on stage. In addition to singing in the church and restaurants as well, she sang at holidays, family reunions and other gatherings in addition to anyplace else within a thirty-mile radius. Alaina took home the Southern Stars Pageant talent contest at age 8. The next year she was invited to take part on the Kids stage of the Chattanooga Riverbend Festival. She performed there until she turned 12 old. She then won a competition which allowed her to be a part on the main stage of the Riverbend festival. She travelled from Orlando, Florida, when she was ten years old to compete with the American Model and Talent Competition. She beat 1,500 contestants to take the title. Alaina performed with Georgia Country Gospel Music Association children's choir. At age 12, Alaina made her first of many visits to Nashville. She was a regular at Tootsie's bar as well as several other bars along Broadway. Alaina is the 2009 winner from Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park's WinniSTAR young talent contest. Alaina started singing when the death of her sister Holly Witherow who had been diagnosed with a tumor on the brain. This inspired her. Alaina was employed at CiC's Pizza prior to her joining Idol. She attended Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe Senior High School located within Fort Oglethorpe Georgia.
